THE DETOX

The Detox is our signature customized manual lymphatic drainage massage offering for health and wellness. It is especially helpful following illness, for managing auto-immune imbalances, seasonal allergies, and maintaining overall well-being; and it is not intended for post-op care.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) bodywork stimulates the body’s natural lymphatic flow & rhythm. This gentle form of massage helps your body remove metabolic waste, toxins, bacteria, viruses; while improving digestion, reducing inflammation in the tissues, and helping your body’s immune system function at its optimum level.

Available in 60 and 90 minute service options.

THE CORE

With a very light touch, the CST practitioner senses the mobility of the cranial bones, the fluctuations of cerebrospinal fluid, the motility of the central nervous system, and the reciprocal tension of membranes & fascia, particularly those surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and sacrum.

It is common to experience a meditative-like state during these treatments. Oftentimes, people experience an emotional release associated with their healing. This is a good thing. Releasing old emotions and traumas helps us move forward in a healthy way, letting go of what no longer serves its purpose.

The Relax & Unwind offering is a customized therapeutic massage for the head, neck & shoulders that combines a wonderfully relaxing and stress-relieving acupressure scalp massage, lavender aromatherapy, hot stones (as desired), and finishes with foot reflexology + hot towel compresses.

This service is always customized to your pressure preferences and areas of focus.
