Vee invests heavily in both the scientific and spiritual components of massage, and uses her intuition strongly throughout a session. She believes that massage is a collaborative healing effort between the therapist and the client. She is passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for all bodies and souls to heal. By using active listening and informed consent, Vee is committed to providing her clients with care that meets their needs and comfort level. Graduating from the Cayce Reilly School of Massage in 2017 gave Vee a profound respect for the body-mind-spirit connection. She enjoys helping clients through Neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, reflexology, energy healing, and aromatherapy. Outside of work, Vee spends her time walking and training her pup, being the fun aunt to her nieces and nephew, and cooking with her partner.

Carrie is a dedicated massage therapist with a passion for helping to facilitate healing and empowering individuals to reclaim their well-being. Graduating from Lotus Professional College in 2018, Carrie has honed her skills in various modalities — including cupping and barefoot ashiatsu — with a focus on adhesion/scar tissue reduction, joint stability/mobility, and releasing deeply layered tension and trauma within the body.

In addition to her almost 8 years of hands-on experience, Carrie serves on the board of Lotus Professional College, demonstrating a commitment to advancing the massage therapy profession.

With a profound empathy for those experiencing chronic pain and fatigue, Carrie approaches each session with a fresh perspective and a toolbox of techniques tailored to individual needs. Master Esthetician

Liz is a a master esthetician/ master esthetician instructor. She has been a ME for over 7 years, with experience in the treatment room and also as a teacher of basic and master esthetics. She loves learning about skin health and growing herbs in her garden. She is also currently enrolled in school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and looks forward to being able to deliver holistic body treatments and facial treatments concurrently with her clients in the future.

The first time walking through the door at Indigo in 2021 I felt at peace, clam and present.

I am so honored to work with this amazing team of such unique and talented human beings.

Merisa offers yin yoga, breathwork and sound sessions that allow you to slow down, release stress and pour into your softer, more gentle side.
